Please Join Us for the ANZ Economic Briefing on Papua New Guinea

New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, in partnership with ANZ Bank and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), is pleased to invite you to a discussion on the economic situation and outlook for Papua New Guinea as well as the ongoing trade and supply issues facing Papua New Guinea, and the broader South Pacific Region.

Papua New Guinea (PNG), is the largest economy in the Pacific, with a GDP of more than US$30 billion. A resource-rich economy with an abundance of natural resources, PNG is forecast to grow significantly in the coming years with a number of multi-billion kina projects in the pipeline, such as the K35 billion (US$9.7 billion) Papua liquefied natural gas (LNG) project.

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Betteridge, ANZ’s Executive Director, Institutional for Papua New Guinea; and Gareth Coleman, ANZ’s Head of Trade and Supply Chain for New Zealand and Pacific for a discussion on the state and outlook for the PNG economy and supply chain dynamics across the South Pacific region.

This briefing will be of interest to all New Zealand, Australian and Pacific businesses operating in, or interested in, the Papua New Guinea market.
